Brighton Lakes is a small and little known community comprised mainly of 2 and 3 bedroom single-story attached villa styled residences. The villas here were built in the late 1980's through the early 1990's. Additionally, within Brighton Lakes there are also eight single-family houses to be found.
This lovely and quiet community offers residents a friendly clubhouse, a community swimming pool and tennis courts. Most of the residences here offer private and lush garden scenic garden views, but some homes enjoy lake views as well. Small pets are welcome at this community, as long as you limit yourself to 2 pets - with a total of 25lbs or less.
